1.) Eat 3 to 5 balanced meals a day with healthy carbs, 2 to 4 cups veggies (organic when poss.) beans & healthy fats.
2.) Quality, not quantity! I don’t care how many vitamins they say your brand new cereal has- its usually processed junk. Eat whole foods.
3.) Drink adequate water. We are like 70% water. Drinking adequate water can even help you lose weight!
4.) Don’t gorge yourself- leave some space for your chi (energy) to digest your food
5.) Eat fresh fruit & vegetables. Try to get some in with each meal.
6.) Add fresh herbs to lunch & dinner.
8.) Eat slowly and chew a lot.
9.) Eat less meat / poultry- replace with a beans & grains mix often. When eating meat / poultry- try to support organic, free range.
10.) Enjoy your food & be thankful for it
